Course FAQ’s

Perfumes and Aftershaves

We ask that you refrain from wearing perfumes and aftershaves as the scent can distract from the aroma of the wine.

Standard Drinks - Please be aware of this if you are driving.

We encourage responsible consumption of alcohol.

On an evening Wine Course, eight to ten 30ml pours is the equivalent of approximately 2-3 standard drinks.

On a Weekend Understanding Wine Course, you will be consuming approximately 16 pours of 30 ml per day, including fortified wine. This is the equivalent of approximately 5-6 standard drinks over the whole day.

Spittoons are provided if you wish to use them.
